Therapeutic Services
I offer specialist therapy for individuals and families with perinatal mental health challenges, as well as supporting adults with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
I work with individuals at all stages of the perinatal journey – from planning a pregnancy, through pregnancy and birth, to the often complex transition into parenthood. This period can bring joy, but also profound challenges, including anxiety, low mood, birth trauma, identity changes, and feelings of overwhelm. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore what you're experiencing and begin to make sense of it.
Alongside my perinatal work, I also support adults with common mental health difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, relationship challenges, and low self-esteem. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs.
At the heart of my work is a belief in the importance of feeling safe, heard, and understood. Whether you’re navigating new parenthood, struggling with difficult emotions, or feeling stuck, my aim is to support you in gaining clarity, building emotional resilience, and moving towards a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.
